The 40 m² apartment consists of a living room with sofa bed, a well-equipped kitchen, one bedroom and a bathroom, and accommodates 4 people. Amenities also include Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls) and a TV.



From the balcony of the apartment, you can enjoy the view of the idyllic mountain landscape while having breakfast together. The garden of the house is also available for your communal use.



The Niederdorf spa park with Kneipp facility and children's playground is just around the corner. Several restaurants and three bars are located in the immediate vicinity of the apartment and can be reached on foot in 2 to 7 minutes. The nearest bakery is only a 4-minute walk (350 m) away, and the two closest supermarkets are 5 to 6 minutes away on foot (450–550 m). In the winter months, the nearby ski areas of Toblach and Prags are easily accessible by ski bus. In summer, numerous hiking trails, such as the Dolomite High Trail, invite you to explore the beautiful landscape.



One free parking space per accommodation is available on the property. A washing machine is available on request and for an extra fee. A storage room for ski equipment and bicycles is provided. A caretaker is on site. A baby cot and a high chair are available on request.
