"Basically I was robbed. It was my fault that i messed up the days since I scheduled it one week after but I was in the hotel that day and it was clearly a mistake. There was not a goodwill solve the issue and instead just the greed to keep the money. Inwould have understand of the reservarion was near but it was t and they had plenty of time to have another booking for those days. Not even considered a lower fee or charge wanted to keep it all. Meanwhile the only good person was the night...

"Tudo ótimo ! Cafe da manhã completo!!"

"Incrível experiência, ótima ambientação, gastronomia (restaurante próprio) e staff muito atencioso. Tem um diferencial de poucos quartos e cheio de personalidade."

"Toda equipe atenciosa, quarto espaçoso e limpo."

"Petit déjeuner payant, c'était une surprise 😲"

"Adoramos nossa estadia, lugar lindo, super limpo. Ótimo atendimento."

"Foi tudo perfeito. Local incrível fica em Vico morcote e tem estacionamento bem próximo. Restaurante maravilhoso. "

"Brand new B&B in a small mountain town. Excellent facility - extremely clean and organized. Check-in was a breeze. Outside deck area for breakfast in the morning was perfect. A brother and sister own the place together and they are very accommodating and helpful. The town is very small (the road directly in front of the B&B is two way, but really only fits one car at a time so it is a bit of a challenge) but is well located to visit Lake Como or Lugano close by,"

"Extraordinary stay! From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel welcome, and the property was simply beautiful. The service was exceptional, and every detail made our stay special. Exceeded our expectations. Daniella in the lounge made our dinner enjoyable! We couldn’t have asked for a better experience! Parking too!"

"Excellent place to stay! Great service from the owners. Wonderful breakfast, clean modern rooms. Great attention to detail"

"Difícil encontrar o estacionamento da propriedade e pior ainda estacionar lá dentro."

"Ótimo hotel, organizado, bom café da manhã. Fomos muito bem tratados pelos proprietários. Voltaremos em breve. Já com saudade. "

"Quartos limpos, espaçosos, café da manhã excelente!"

"Vista maravilhosa! Funcionários gentis! Único ponto negativo foi o café da manhã que é fraco e no banheiro, não tem porta dentro da área do chuveiro, o que acaba molhando um pouco do lado de fora. Voltaria a me hospedar novamente!"
