"We loved Alpine Ridge! The accomadtions were great, location is private without being remote, and everything worked extremely well. The kitchen was fully stocked with cookware, coffee bar was fanatastic. Our kids loved the bunks beds, video games, and game room. It was an overall great experience!! Thank you for letting us stay at your charming home!"

"This is a wonderful house. We stayed for a week. I cooked many full meals and desserts in the kitchen, and it was a better cooking experience than at home! Lots of sitting on the porch, daily driving into Boone which was totally manageable and easy, and fireside football games. We’d love to be back soon."

"If I could give this 10 stars I would. The space is amazing, the owners were great and responded quickly once booked with updates. The outdoor bathroom/sauna is something everyone needs to experience at least once in their life. I'm wondering how to put an outdoor shower at my house now. We had an amazing storm while sitting on the covered porch and a breeze that didn't stop. They had a cute little fridge with waters and mini sodas which was a nice feature. The linens and towels were...

"Clean and spacious property with a gorgeous view. We truly enjoyed our stay!"

"Excellent all around experience!"

"The location is perfect when visiting Boone. Loved being able to walk to the shops and restaurants!"

"We loved our stay at the hideaway. Not far from the main road, yet we felt remote the entire time. We loved the easy access to Boone and Banner elk. It was a great spot for us to rest and recover between hikes and adventures in the woods! The decor was tastefully done, the space well utilized and the host communicated very well. We were surprised by how clean everything was! We will definitely return!"

"Location was great! The house desperately needs a few things. There were screens missing from doors which made it difficult to get airflow as there is no central a/c, couldnt leave doors open without letting mosquitoes and flies in. The washer doesnt spin the water out (even after 2 spin cycles), and the dryer took almost 3 hours to dry 1 load. The place overall was beautiful! But does need a good top to bottom cleaning (walls/doors in bathrooms and by kitchen trash were dirty). Kitchen...

"Minutes from downtown Boone, with a very clean and open living area. Hosts were very communicative, and check in/out process was a breeze."

"Loved our weekend at this townhouse. Very clean, well equipped and the easy entry was great for my 82 year old parents. Loved that there was paper towels, toilet paper and toiletries to get us started! Hated that it was too cold to enjoy the back deck. We'll just have to come back for that!"

"Beautiful property, extremely unique. Very difficult to get to - budget at least 40 minutes to get up to the property. Would not travel here in a sedan, definitely need 4WD! Stunning experience."

"The home had no air conditioning. We slept with the windows open and still 80 degrees. Very uncomfortable weekend and unexpected for a July stay. Had we known this fact in the details we would have chosen another property."

"Centrally located and absolutely unique and quaint."

"Enjoyed our visit"

"The location is super convenient for anyone visiting banner elk or the surrounding area!"
