Guests have access to this private 1 bedroom 1 bathroom suite as well as the play court in the schoolyard behind us, which the public can access after hours and on weekends.
Other things to note
House Rules:
-There is no smoking on the property ( including vaping )
-Parties and loud noises will not be tolerated
-Quiet hours are from 10pm to 8am to respect all neighbours.
-NO PETS allowed
-Only the number of registered guests are allowed to stay in the house
-NO access to backyard
