Renovated apartment in the main square of the town overlooking a medieval village (included in the Montemarcello-Magra-Vara Regional Natural Park) located on the top of a hill that divides the Magra Valley from the Gulf of Poets.

Near Cinque Terre, a stone's throw from the splendid Gulf of Poets (Lerici, Tellaro and Portovenere), in Sarzana (home of the Festival della Mente), in Versilia/Forte dei Marmi and in Viareggio.
5 minutes from the train station and motorway toll booth.

Recently renovated apartment located in a strategic position as it is located in the main square of the town and near the bus stop, comprising entrance hall, dining room with separate kitchenette, bedroom, bathroom and wood-burning fireplace.
The accommodation is equipped with 2 hot/cold air conditioners, induction hob, electric water boiler and washing machine.
Equipped with a small external courtyard.

The third bed is a cot with a height of 1.80 m and a width of 80 cm (for the third place +30€ if it is an adult and +15€ if it is a child compared to the price of the room, in this case write to us to formulate the correct price first to make the reservation).

In the surrounding area you will find medieval villages to visit and excellent restaurants where you can taste the local cuisine; Furthermore, it is possible to organize canoe or boat trips (independently or with a guide) and trekking excursions with CAI staff in the municipality of Vezzano Ligure and/or Lerici.


The accommodation is 30 meters from free parking and the bus stop.

Vezzano Ligure is also known in the area for its ancient grape festival, a festival which is held in the 3rd week of September and is renewed every year since 1962, through gastronomic stalls full of typical products and musical entertainment, the Sagra dell' grapes is also the Palio of the districts who compete for the famous "strazo" (i.e. the palio) through tests such as the decorations of the districts on the theme of the grape harvest, the costume parade, the challenge in dialect and the final competition of the grape pickers, in short, an event definitely NOT to be missed!!!!!!!
