"The room was clean and breakfast was very good. However, the room that we stayed in had an air-conditioner that was very noisy periodically. It disturbed our sleep, so turned it off during the night. The smoke detector also began beeping in the middle of the night, so had to contact the front desk to reset it."

She went crazy when we complained, a personnlike this cannot eork in custumer services. This hotel is one of the worst I have ever stayed in my life and I spend half of my year traveling. I will never try a Candlewood again"

"The rooms were cleaned but drove about 7 hours and booked this hotel because of the pool. We checked in Wednesday night and nobody told us the pool was not working. Thursday morning I even asked staff if they had towels by the pool and said yes. Come to find out the pool was closed. Nobody mentioned to me or on their website the pool was not opened."
