Breakfast buffet was a little bit cold in a self serve tray area. What they made to order for us was great. We are very picky travelers, and you normally don't see the cleanliness. At this level...

"Several things didn't work.
1. The toilet barely flushed, and only after holding down the lever for a long time.
2. One of the floor lamps flickered.
3. There was no standard plug on the bedside table on one side of the bed; only USB plugs.
4. I use a CPAP machine throughout the night. Whenever I would turn off the lights near the bed, the plug on the bedside table ceased to function! So I had to unplug a floor lamp to plug the CPAP machine in. A real Inconvenience!
