"We had a wonderful stay at the Appalachian Resort hosted by Milagros & Sergio. They were incredibly friendly and gave us clear and helpful explanations from the start. The room was very clean, and it was great having the water park within walking distance. They also offered flexible early check-in depending on the situation, which we really appreciated. Whenever we had questions, they responded very quickly, so we felt completely comfortable during our stay. We would love to come back again!"

"The property is very comfortable and clean. It is convenient to the ski area, Warwick, New York's apple orchards and fun main street shopping, Penning's Cidery & Orchard. The driveway is steep, if you have multiple cars, parking across the street (if allowed) may be preferred."

"We had an amazing stay at this beautiful home! The views overlooking the lake and mountains are absolutely breathtaking—better than I could have imagined. The house itself is gorgeous, well-maintained, and equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay. On top of that, the host was incredibly responsive and made sure everything was perfect. "We are so glad to have found this house! The interiors were beautifully renovated and designed. It’s clear that the owner put very careful thought into every little detail and to ensure that guests had a seamless experience. There are clear labels on everything needed, in addition to instruction cards and QR codes for more information.
