"We had an amazing time at the hotel. The whole loft idea is great. Rooms are spacious and clean. We used pretty much all the amenities: pool, hot tub, games room, EV charger, even the ice machine. Zero issues. They all worked pretty well. The highlight of our stay was how friendly and helpful the staff is, from check-in to check-out. Thanks for the amazing experience!"

"The breakfast gal was great. The breakfast was good. The front desk staff were pleasant. The common areas were clean. But the housekeeping staff left something to be desired. We had to insist after 3 nights that the room be cleaned. They did the minimal. In the bathroom the soap dish wasn’t cleaned; the mirror wasn’t cleaned. The towels were just plopped down. The bed wasn’t made; the coffee pods were not replaced. No coffee cups were left. Either the staff is lazy and/or incompetent,...
