Ventu de Ma Studio 1 is a large open space with ensuite bathroom.

The unit offers a comfortable double bed, a kitchenette corner with stove, tea and coffee boiler and toaster. The room has two windows opening on a curious corner of the village. Ventu de Ma Studio 1 has an elegant private bathroom with shower.

The entire property has been restored in 2019 and has excellent furnishing and decors.



The owner offer use of a laundry room located on second floor with independent access  both from the indoor staircase or from a village sea view backroad. From this backroad it\'s possible enjoying a unique and amazing sea view.



The laundry room serves all the three units of the building and has also kitchen facilities for Room 3.
