It would be nice to provide a little more information in the home about the history, but I understand not everyone cares for that kind of thing so it's not a deal breaker.I don't recall the listing stating there was no ac downstairs, but it wasn't something a few fans in the stairway didn't fix.The second kitchen was a major bonus! The main kitchen has everything you would need away from home, but...
