Dear Guests,
To ensure the utmost care and preservation of the space, we would like to inform you that unfortunately we cannot accept pets. The villa has two flights of stairs made of fine wood, which are particularly delicate and prone to scratches.

Please note:
1) It is normal to occasionally encounter some local inhabitants, such as geckos, ants, tropical beetles, and so on... it's all part of the outdoor experience!

To keep the apartment clean and comfortable and minimize these presences, we offer a professional pest control service every two weeks.

2) Very rarely, but occasionally, neighbors organize parties (birthdays, celebrations), which may take place on Saturday or Sunday afternoons. Generally, everything quiets down around 8:00 PM.
