With Beach 1, Beach 2, and the main shops within comfortable walking distance, you’re perfectly placed to enjoy the best of Venus Bay’s relaxed lifestyle without needing the car. Stroll down to The Jupiter Inn for a glass of local wine or take a scenic walk up Inlet View Road to Beach 2 – a pristine stretch of wide open sandy coastline featuring dramatic dunes and powerful surf. For a lengthier excursion, ride or walk the 5km between Venus Bay and Tarwin Lower to the Riverview Hotel, where you’ll find a full bistro menu, cold beer on tap, and live music every weekend.

The home’s expansive living and kitchen space opens onto a large front deck, perfect for morning coffee or evening drinks as you take in the magical bush setting. Surrounded by native melaleuca and banksia trees, the back deck features a private outdoor shower to rinse off after the beach. Settle in with your favourite playlist, a film night, or the big game with quality hi-fi and an ultra-short-throw projector delivering a cinema-equivalent 90-inch screen. The three plush bedrooms feature a king-sized bed, a queen bed, and a double bunk. On the front deck you’ll find a luxury outdoor couch and comfortable deck chairs. Quality linen, tableware, and Sheridan towels are supplied throughout.



A Cook’s Kitchen



Impress your friends or family with a delicious homecooked meal in the spacious, fully equipped kitchen, which opens out onto a long stone benchtop ideal for entertaining. Fitted with new European appliances, including a Bosch oven and cooktop, the kitchen is stocked with restaurant quality kitchenware, stylish cutlery, a coffee grinder, and more. With an extensive array of elegant glassware, serving trays, and contemporary cookbooks, this space is everything a serious home cook could want.

Attention to detail sets this home apart from other beach shacks. Enjoy access to a thoughtfully curated collection of books and games for quiet summer afternoons or family entertainment by the fire. Stay socially connected or stream your favourite tv show with high-speed Starlink internet throughout. Electric heating and ceiling fans keep the property comfortable all year round and the rainwater is treated by a four-stage whole-of-home filtration system with UV purification. A 15-amp charger is provided at the front of the property for easy Electric Vehicle charging at home.



Getaway Property Management Terms & Conditions:

For security and fraud purposes, guests are required to complete a booking form, provide licence ID for guests and confirm payment details prior to check in. These identification details must match the details of the person who made the reservation.

This property does not accept hens or bucks’ gatherings. Penalties as per terms and conditions agreement will apply to guests.

This property does not accept schoolies, penalties will apply to guests.
