I spent a good 1.5 hours cleaning dust and pet fur, it was everywhere. "Communication was clear and easy. The inside of the home was clean, every appliance we needed and more… perfect for a large family gathering with two spacious living rooms. However, the decking was of huge concern with a large gaping hole on the back deck and lifted and rotting decking at the entrance. "The clothes dryer is a fire hazard and needs to be removed. Hand towels/ face washers and the only tea towel supplied were frayed and stained. The outdoor area and BBQ were filthy, covered in cobwebs and unusable. All kitchen utensils, cutlery and crockery and glasses were dirty and had to be washed before using. "We recently stayed at this property and unfortunately found it was not in an acceptable condition on arrival. The cleanliness was well below expectations, with dirty kitchen, mould in the bathrooms, and general dust and grime throughout the house.There were also safety concerns outside, including scaffolding, ladders and paint tins left around the property, which was not ideal with children.A cleaner attended the following day and advised the property required a full deep clean, which confirmed...

"We had a very nice time. It had all the necessary elements you need for a good stay. Although we were only there for one night, we could have easily stayed longer. Privacy was great. The sound of the Kookaburras and magpies in the morning was sublime. It location was good, only a few minutes' drive into Inverloch Very relaxing stay. I highly recommend the Studio 61 to anybody wishing to visit Inverloch."

"Great little 4-bedroom house in a quiet court. Spacious backyard for dog to run around. Woodfire heater, corner spa bath big enough for 2 people and plenty of towels. Little outside area with table tennis. Short stroll to the surf beach. Only recommendation would be an upgrade to the hot water system maybe. Kept running out of hot water, especially at night, even after following the booster instructions. But other than that, we would definitely rent this house again and suggest to other...
