Located just north of Ventura City and a short drive from Santa Barbara, the home sits in the peaceful beach community of Faria Beach, known for its uncrowded shoreline, incredible surf, and stunning Channel Islands views. From the moment you arrive, the setting invites you to slow down, relax, and fully embrace life on the coast.

Inside, the two-story home is warm, welcoming, and designed to maximize its unbeatable beachfront location. The main living spaces face the ocean, allowing natural light and incredible views to pour into the home throughout the day. The living room features a cozy fireplace and opens directly toward the water, creating the perfect place to unwind after a day on the sand.

The home comfortably accommodates guests across three bedrooms and two bathrooms. Downstairs, one bedroom features a Queen bed alongside a full bathroom. Upstairs, the primary bedroom offers a King bed and direct access to a private outdoor deck overlooking the ocean, while the third bedroom includes another Queen bed. The upstairs bedrooms share a full bathroom.

One of the true highlights of the home is the oceanfront outdoor deck, where you can enjoy morning coffee, afternoon sunshine, and unforgettable sunsets just steps from the shoreline. With only a few steps separating the seawall from the sand, beach days couldn’t be easier. Whether you're surfing, swimming, beachcombing, or simply relaxing with the sound of the waves, the ocean is always within reach.

THINGS TO KNOW:
-Direct beachfront location with seawall directly connected to the ocean
-Guests have access to a private tennis court located just a short walk from the property.
-Known for its surf and fishing, this home is close to Rincon Point, one of the most celebrated surf breaks in California. For those who enjoy exploring, Ventura Harbor is within reach and serves as a gateway to the Channel Islands National Park, where hiking, kayaking, and wildlife encounters await.
-When booking for 30+ nights, your stay will not be confirmed until an additional C.A.R. residential lease agreement is signed within 48 hours of initial sending -Cancellation policy is outlined in your C.A.R. agreement which will state that NO REFUNDS shall be granted, except for dates that get RE-booked by another party
-If booking for 30-90 nights, there will be an additional required refundable security deposit due prior to check in equal to $1,000 or 10% of your total booking, whichever is greater.
-If booking for 91+ nights, there will be an additional required refundable security deposit due upon booking equal to the first month's rent, or $5k, whichever is lesser.
-When booking for 30+ nights, additional utility fees apply at the rate of $350/month and will be outlined in your C.A.R. residential lease agreement upon booking
-When booking for 30+ nights, 1 mid-stay cleaning will be required per 30 days rented, equal to the cleaning fee upon booking.
