Breakfast is 7-10 am so plenty of time to get served . Lovely evening meal and quite reasonably priced for a nice hotel. I asked for chips instead of rice but was later advised rice was an integral part of the dish. "We were lucky enough to arrive on a bright, sunny day, highlighting the beautiful view from the Seamill Hydro, which was a great start. We checked in slightly early to be told that our room was already available so we were able to unpack abd then make the most of the swimming pool, before getting ready for dinner.
