La maison de Minou, a charming pied-à-terre, is perfect for those seeking peace and comfort while exploring Venice.
Located in a quiet residential area, just a short walk from Piazzale Roma, it sleeps up to 3 people.
It consists of a double bedroom, a living area with a kitchenette and a sofa bed, and a bathroom with a shower. The highlight is definitely the terrace.
Wi-Fi and air conditioning are included to make your stay more enjoyable.
The tourist tax is not included.

We’ll welcome you in person upon your arrival and provide you with all the information you need to make your stay as enjoyable as possible. We’ll be available for any needs you may have, either through Airbnb messaging or by phone at the number provided to you.

The tourist tax is NOT included in the price. Check-in is free from 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM. Check-ins after 8:00 PM are subject to availability and incur an additional fee to be paid upon arrival:

- From 8:00 PM to 11:00 PM: €35
- From 11:00 PM to 12:30 AM: €50
We cannot guarantee check-in after 12:30 AM.

Upon arrival, you will be asked to present a valid ID, as required by national law, to complete the registration process.

Finally, please note that trash disposal is not included in the cleaning fees
