The vaporetto stop and the shopping and dining possibilities of Campo San Giacomo are very close, so it is easy to get to the usual sights but also to enjoy the relative calm of a neighborhood. It is lovely to eat while looking out at the garden (too chilly during our stay to eat outside."

"We very much liked this property: very clean, nice layout, right on one of the canals, perfect for 4 people. It was a little ways from the main “hustle & bustle” areas of Venice, so it would be considered a more quiet area of the city, but then you had to do a little more walking to get to where you wanted to go (which wasn’t so bad, because we got to see more!).
