Beautifully furnished and fully equipped, it features a heated saltwater swimming pool—perfect for unwinding any time of day. The open-concept floor plan includes three large bedrooms and two bathrooms, along with an additional sofa bed in the living room for extra guests. The oversized kitchen, expansive dining area, cozy dinette, and inviting living room provide plenty of space to cook, gather, and enjoy time together.
For your beach adventures, we’ve got you covered with 8 beach chairs, an umbrella, and beach towels. You’ll also have access to 4 bikes for exploring the area.

Pool Information (Important)
This home features a private outdoor pool for your enjoyment.
The pool heater is set to 85°F, which is the maximum temperature. Please note that pool temperature is highly dependent on outdoor weather conditions. During fall and winter months, overnight temperatures in Venice can drop into the 50s, which may prevent the pool from maintaining warmer temperatures. In these conditions, water temperatures may range between 65–71°F, even when the heater is running continuously. Several consecutive warm days are typically required for the pool to return to the 80s.
If you would like guidance on what to expect during your stay, you are welcome to contact us for a local weather update and pool temperature estimate prior to arrival. Pool heat performance is weather-dependent and beyond our control. Refunds, discounts, or compensation are not provided for pool temperature, as the pool heater is offered at no additional charge.
We offer optional pool heating above 85F for additional charge - weather permitted.
