"The home we stayed at was very comfortable, and it was well appointed with much needed essential items in the kitchen and bath. The location is very near restaurants, food shopping and more importantly, golfing. I recommend Venice Lakes and Venice East golf courses. In addition, the location is near one of several walking and birding trails. Hats off to Shamrock Park and Nature Trail, Lemon Bay Preserve, the Audubon Rookery, just to name a few. "

"The house is really nice and quite big.Super clean and very comfortable. Enjoyed the heated pool and sunroom almost everyday.Location is great. 2 to 5 miles away food and shopping. The host was outstanding. Got right back to me when i asked her to increase pool temperature a little. She was there the next day and the pool was toasty after that.I would say at least 85 degrees "

"Our stay was perfect. This adorable home is packed with amenities. It has everything one would need and more. You essentially need to bring your cloths and buy groceries and nothing more. The outside space makes up for the fact the living space inside is on the smaller side. Corinne was very communicative and addressed all our questions quickly. We would stay here again. "

"This was the perfect setup for us and our two girls. Plenty of everything you need in the place. Very close to Nokomis beach! The pool was also very clutch. We recommend beach first, then a dip in the pool to cool you off. Try Pop’s and the ice cream spot. All walking distance. 10/10!"

"The valve in the toilet is defective. I had to take the lid off the tank to keep activating the valve to fill the tank. There are no instructions to operate the tv. I had no idea what channels were available. There were no instructions to operate the fan remote or the AC remote. Lot of guesswork. And the front door is not pink. It's blue."

However if you only have 3 bedrooms Don’t advertise it as 4..and then explain later that one of the bedrooms is a pullout couch in a 2nd Living room..their wasn’t the privacy or comfort that an actual bedroom would provide.
