Also inside the main home, you'll discover the perfect WFH office space, overlooking the pool. An additional living room and kitchen are available in the separate living quarters. Between the two areas, there are three bedrooms, equally spacious and bright. No matter the temperature outside, you'll always stay cool and comfortable with perks like central air-conditioning, a private washer/dryer, and internet access.





Located just minutes from Venice Beach, you'll love the property's close access to numerous restaurants, movie theaters, shops, golf clubs, and of course, beaches! Some popular attractions worth noting include the Shamrock Park and Nature Center, Brohard Paw Park, and the Venetian Waterway Park.
