Other things to keep in mind

All guests’ identification documents must be presented upon arrival, as required by Italian law. The tourist tax is not included in the price; it must be paid on-site in cash at a rate of €4 per person per day for the first 5 days. Children ages 0–9 are exempt, and youth ages 10–16 receive a 50% reduction on the tax.

Starting April 25, a pilot program for the entrance fee to Venice’s historic center will be in effect. By following the instructions provided in the template, you can download a voucher for free access to Venice’s historic center.
