Water Source Notice

Please note that many homes in the South Venice area rely on private well water rather than municipal water systems. Because of this, water quality can occasionally vary due to environmental factors, seasonal conditions, or regional groundwater characteristics.

We work closely with Kinetico and maintain professional filtration and treatment systems to provide the highest possible water quality for our guests. However, natural factors beyond our control may sometimes affect taste, clarity, or mineral content.

For drinking and cooking, there is a separate faucet at the kitchen sink that provides purified water. This water goes through an additional reverse osmosis filtration system, including two extra filters and a final stage that adds natural minerals back into the water for improved taste.

If you notice anything unusual with the water during your stay, please let us know right away. We are happy to send someone promptly to inspect the system and address any concerns.
