"It was a quiet place! Nice clean and comfortable inside. The water scenery around the property was beautiful! Tarpon swimming around! Alligators swimming around! 20-30 minutes from Venice beaches! All in all was a great spot for a weekend getaway! And its also pet friendly which is great!"

"The unit was exactly as described. It was clean, and well appointed. The outside balconies were a great place for morning coffee and afternoon cocktails. The host was very accommodating and informative. He gave us recommendations for local restaurants, all of which were spectacular. The beach is just a few steps from the unit, and the host provided a wagon with beach chairs and umbrella. We enjoyed the bicycles that were also provided during our stay. I can’t say enough good about this resort...

"While it topically "looked" like the listing, it was in bad shape. Overwhelming mildew smell upon entering, stains on blinds & book shelf, stains on couch, missing vertical blind slats, marks on walls/baseboards, mildew on shower caddy suction cups, peeling paint, visible TERMITE DAMAGE on baseboards, BLACK MOLD on bedroom window sill, mildew on hammock cushion, ripped lounge chairs, ketchup stains on table/chair cushion. We originally booked 2 nights. We arrived later in evening to this mess...

"We were pleasantly surprised by the spaciousness of our rental, updated appliances, abundance of towels and beachy “toys”cleanliness and amenities such as our own bathrobes, rope swings, private hot tub, and so much more. I loved the outdoor space with high top table and chairs, fruit trees and decor. I highly recommend staying here… but wait, if you stay here, I won’t be able to find an opening when I want to stay…oops!"

"The property was as listed but tiny living is not for us. If you were busy all day until bedtime and just wanted a place to sleep it probably is okay. There really was no place to sit and relax, there was an outdoor space but the few pieces of furniture were not in good repair or comfortable for relaxing and enjoyment.,"
