Eine kleine Erstausstattung ( Spültabs, Tücher, Reinigungsmittel etc) liebevoll in einem Leinensäckchen .Ausreichend Handtücher im Bad, sowie Kleiderbügel.Gartenmöbel vorhanden.Bei unserem Aufenthalt waren die übrigen Häuser nicht vermietet. Wir haben die Ruhe genossen. Die Mitarbeiter des Vermietungsbüro waren hilfsbereit, deutschsprachig.Wir waren rundum zufrieden und werden sicherlich wiederkommen"

"The apartment is very large, clean, and has quality furniture. The rooms are very comfortable. The kitchen is beautiful, very spacious, and very well-equipped. It has everything you need to cook. There is a wide variety of movies and board games. Cinzia is a great hostess. She has been very kind to us. Recommended!"

"Very clean and seamless self check-in. The property manager site was awesome- answered all my questions immediately and emailed me over a week before the stay with a PDF of property info and area attractions. The house was clean and comfortable and had all the comforts of home- smart Tv, fully stocked kitchen, AC in the bedrooms, clothes washer, parking and WiFi. Killer views too!"

Sie haben die Freiheit sehr genossen. Vieleicht währe ein Wasserschlauch nicht schlecht für die reinigung der Pfoten. Besten Dank für alles! "

"Die Unterkunft ist sehr sauber, geräumig und mit allem nötigen ausgestattet. Die Anlage und der Pool ist neu. Die große Terrasse ist nach hinten versetzt und deswegen sogar bei Regenwetter nutzbar. Bei Sonne spendet sie schönen Schatten. CheckIn-/out funktioniert auch ziemlich unkompliziert. Das Anwesen ist auf einem größeren Gelände mit nur 2 Einheiten. "Insgesamt ok, aber nicht als Luxury zu bezeichnen. Von drei Schlafzimmern hat nur eines eine Klimaanlage, das zweite ist super klein und für zwei Erwachsene fast nicht geeignet, das dritte liegt im Keller und ist eher ein umgebauter Lagerraum. Der Check in erfolgt online und es gibt keinerlei Hinweise zum Haus. Zwar wird gebeten Müll zu trennen, keine Info wie und wo… Zum Haus gehört eine Garage, über Zugang und Nutzung keine Info. Die Verwaltung verspricht jemanden zu schicken, es kam aber nie...
