The house accommodates 20 people distributed across eight double rooms. Six of the rooms have double beds, two of which feature plasma TVs with internet, air conditioning, wardrobes, cribs, and private bathrooms. Another four rooms have two double beds each, wardrobes, and Wi-Fi, with two shared bathrooms. The remaining two rooms each have two single beds, plasma TVs with internet, air conditioning, wardrobes, and a shared bathroom.

Inside, the house offers a spacious dining room with a fireplace, two baby chairs, air conditioning, a PlayStation, and a 75" plasma TV with internet. It also features a rustic kitchen equipped with essentials like a pantry, fridge, microwave, coffee maker, juicer, toaster, and kettle, among other things.

Outside, there's a rustic wooden roofed porch with a barbecue, wood-fired oven, firewood storage area, sink with a dishwasher and washing machine, chill-out zone, private parking, two fridges, a bar with a plasma TV with internet, upper level terrace-solarium, saltwater system pool, reed parasols with sunbeds, artificial grass, and a lower level terrace-solarium.

All the plasma TVs in the house have apps for Netflix, HBO, Dazn, Amazon Prime, and Disney. Additionally, it has Wi-Fi throughout, solar panels, electric water heaters, and new mattresses and bed frames.

It's an ideal place for both rural and coastal tourism, being close to both the mountains and the beach.
