This house has been recently renovated to provide guests with all the amenities needed for an unforgettable vacation. The cozy living area is divided into a double-height living room with two sofas and a fireplace, and a fully equipped kitchen with a dining table. The open-concept layout allows the whole family to spend time together, watching TV or preparing delicious meals with the provided kitchenware.

The villa features two spacious bedrooms with heat/cool air conditioning: the master bedroom has a double bed and access to the fabulous terrace. In the other bedroom, you’ll find two 90-cm beds, and in the unique loft, a double bed. As a result, this house can accommodate up to six people. You’ll have access to a bathroom with a spacious shower stall.

Outside the house, the fantastic terrace will catch your eye and make you fall in love with the breathtaking mountain views. The covered porch features an outdoor dining area, and right next to it, you’ll find a barbecue and a separate restroom. The rest of the panoramic terrace features a fabulous private pool, several lounge chairs, and an outdoor daybed where you can sunbathe for as long as you like. Near the fence, there’s a charming outdoor table with chairs, where you’ll feel at one with the nature around you.

Access to the house is via a paved driveway.
