Welcome to Apartment Baviera Golf in Caleta de Vélez – your comfortable holiday home on the Costa del Sol, just 45 km east of Málaga. The apartment is on the first floor of a well-kept building with an elevator, taking you directly from your private garage parking space to your door.



From the partly covered balcony, you enjoy wonderful views over the green gardens to the sea and Torre del Mar. The bright hallway leads into the inviting living room with a cozy sitting area, smart TV, and a stylish dining space for four. From here, you can step out onto the balcony again – perfect for breakfast or relaxing evenings.



Both bedrooms have double beds. Bedroom 1 features air conditioning, while bedroom 2 has a fan. Both offer large built-in wardrobes with plenty of storage; one also has direct balcony access. Two modern bathrooms – one with a walk-in shower, one with a shower tub – provide comfort and privacy.



The fully equipped kitchen includes a large fridge, dishwasher, oven, ceramic hob, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, and plenty of cookware and tableware. Washing machine, dryer, and ironing equipment are in a separate utility room.



The west-facing balcony has two sun loungers for relaxing – ideal for sunny mornings and spectacular sunsets. The attractive outdoor area offers a spacious pool (seasonal – please check with the owner) with palm trees, a bridge, and shaded spots. The clear water and Mediterranean atmosphere create a peaceful oasis for families and those seeking relaxation.



The apartment is right next to Baviera Golf Course. Shops, including a large supermarket, are nearby. The beach is just a five-minute drive away.
