Welcome to Las Brisas Avellanas, our brand-new home, offering a perfect blend of modern comfort and tranquil, natural beauty. Step outside to enjoy our private plunge pool or take a larger swim in our gated community’s gorgeous pool. Inside, the home has new furniture and a spacious, fully-equipped kitchen. Whether you relax indoors or out, you’ll find everything you need to unwind and enjoy.

We have been visiting Costa Rica for years, but once we discovered Playa Avellanas, we couldn`t imagine staying anywhere else. Located in a small, secure gated community, our home offers the perfect balance of modern luxury and raw nature. While the bustling town of Tamarindo is just a 30-minute drive away, our home is a peaceful oasis unlike anything we’ve experienced.

The Location: We are a short walk (or 3-minute drive) from the pristine, mile-long beach of Playa Avellanas. Whether you are a surfer looking for world-class waves, a family exploring tide pools, or a couple seeking the perfect sunset, this beach has it all. Don’t miss a drink at the inviting Manta restaurant and bar right on the sand.

The Home Inside: You’ll find an open floor plan with vaulted ceilings and expansive windows that flood the space with natural light. The new, modern kitchen is fully equipped for anything from a quick breakfast to a gourmet dinner. And we bring the beauty of the outdoors into our home with all locally-made, beautiful Guanacaste wood.

• Sleep Well: The bedrooms feature new, ultra-comfortable beds, ample storage, and remote-controlled room-darkening shades for the ultimate sleep-in.
• Spa-Like Baths: The master suite boasts a walk-in rain shower and a luxurious large bathtub. The second bath also features a spacious walk-in shower.

Outdoor Living: This is where the magic happens. Relax on the back porch and listen to the jungle come alive with monkeys and birds. Cool off in your private plunge pool, enjoy the cascading waterfall in our outdoor shower, or grill dinner on the BBQ. If you need more space to swim, our community offers an especially large pool just steps away. The sky in Playa Avellanas is impossibly blue by day, and an inky black at night with truly millions of stars to enjoy. If you take a walk on the beach at sunset (our daily routine), you`ll be amazed by the spectacular color.

The entire home and plunge pool are available to our guests. Guests are also welcome to use the Olympic-size pool just steps away.

Our property manager, Sabin, lives two doors down. I can also be reached via the AirBNB app.

Our home is located in El Enclave, a new, small development in Playa Avellanas featuring beautiful, individual homes, pools, and deep serenity.

You`ll want a car to get around Costa Rica; electric bikes are available for rent nearby.
