New home with perfect Ocean & Mountain views.

The Sky House is located on 2.3 acres in Finca Los Pargos, 5 minutes up the mountain from Playa Negra Beach in a unique area, offering complete privacy and very close to endless beaches.

Built in 2021, the home has an open floor plan with large sliding doors to the terrace and pool, creating for ample space to enjoy the surrounding endless forest while enjoying all the amenities the house has to offer.

The sun rises over the mountains and the sunsets from the property are purely magical over the Pacific Ocean.

Our Home sits atop a mountain on 2.3 acres in Finca Los Pargos (just minutes up from Playa Negra), Guanacaste, Costa Rica. One of the top surfing locations in the World, plus 1 of the 5 Blue Zones Worldwide!

The home comfortably sleeps 4 people. There is a Master Bedroom, two full bathrooms and a Sleeper Sofa in the Main Living Room, Flat Screen TV, Wifi, AC

Relax poolside and enjoy the sunsets , verdant surrounding nature which may include Howler Monkeys in their natural habitat, swinging from the property’s Awesome trees, an array of butterflies, hummingbirds, flocks of parrots overhead, and on rare occasion an anteater! (they are super fun to watch and very cute...)

PLEASE NOTE: Our property is very remote. If you choose to cook at home get your groceries in Liberia, Santa Cruz or Tamarindo on your way to the home. Wonderful restaurants and beaches but limited grocery options in town.

Parking is ample and accessible. Our Property Manager will initially have you follow him from the nearby entrance to the home at the top so you can find your way to and from during your stay.

*** We recommend that your rental vehicle a 4x4. The road up to the Sky House is somewhat steep and can be bumpy in certain seasons. Don't be intimidated though, it's easily navigable with confidence and you will be rewarded with the MOST magical views up at the Sky House!
