Summary:
Spacious villa featuring stunning ocean views, L shaped patio overlooking ocean surrounded palm-tree gardens, lakes, and fountains. Gated Family friendly Community has three pools, playground, tennis, ping pong and more! The beach is less than a minute walk away. Near the Dorado Beach Resort and very close to nightlife and a multitude of restaurants. Rate quoted does not include 7% PR tax and 5% guest services fee and owner requires occupancy agreement.

The Space:
This 3-Bedroom 3 bathroom Villa, in a secure and gated community, offers guests expansive views of the surrounding lakes and gardens as well as magnificent tropical sunsets which end each perfect day. After swimming, hiking, caving, exploring – or whatever your heart desires – come “home” to unwind in sheer comfort. This fully air-conditioned, ground-entry, single story Villa offers:

The Neighborhood:
Lakeside Villas is a children friendly villa community featuring a putting green and two tennis courts. The villa has great views of the lakes and magnificent fountains. Lakeside Villas has a main pool, a children's pool and playground. Surrounded by beautiful water fountains and lakes, it is an exquisite place for your ideal vacation. The beautiful beach will provide you with hours of fun and entertainment.

Lakeside Villas is near the Dorado Beach Resort & Club, which is home to four legendary championship golf courses. The famous East and West Courses, originally designed by Robert Trent Jones Sr., are located in a secluded seaside sanctuary along two miles of Puerto Rico’s northeasterly shores, nestled within the former Rockefeller estate’s magnificent, mature landscaping.

The Hyatt property is partially closed so just the time share is operational with a beach bar pools and a beautiful beach.

You can use the beach at any time (that is the law in PR) and you can walk to it from our villas. Prior guests HAVE used the Dorado Beach facilities with no issues- however I can not guarantee that this policy may not change.

If you live to shop, then you need to plan a trip out to the Puerto Rico Premium Outlets in Barceloneta, near Arecibo. Expanded in November 2008, there are now 90 stores available for your shopping enjoyment. This mall is now the largest outlet mall in the the Caribbean.

Here you will find a colorful collection of stores, including all sorts of famous brand names. Some of the stores are Adidas, Aeropostale, Ann Taylor, Banana Republic, Bass, Carter’s, Charlotte Russe,Coach, GAP Outlet, Kenneth Cole, Nike Factory Store, Nautica, Nine West, Oakley Vault, Old Navy Outlet, Perry Ellis, Polo Ralph Lauren Factory Store, Reebok, Tommy Hilfiger, Van Heusen, among many more. Almost anything you could want. There is also a food court, restroom facilities and plenty of free parking.

Getting Around:
We do recommend a car or UBER is also an option.

Host is available 24/7 and is extremely responsive to any requests.

Puerto Rico is an amazingly friendly Island and folks are laid back and on ISLAND TIME.

Guest and Owner will sign an occupancy agreement detailing the terms of the stay. Guest may request a copy of this agreement at any time as it is specific to each Villa rental.

If a guest is bringing a pet we need to know in advance as there may be registration paperwork involved and a pet fee.

This villa has a specific allowance for electricity usage which covers normal use per day. If guests run all zones of AC 24/7, it has happened that guests may exceed the allowance and there is a surcharge for over usage based on actual bills or meter readings upon entry and exit. Excess electricity usage may be deducted from the Security deposit that is on hold with Airbnb. To avoid that please be mindful and turn off the AC units when you are not in the room. Guests are responsible for ALL utilities for stays of a month or more.

If guests stay for longer than two weeks a mid-stay cleaning will be charged $195.
