"My room was changed upon arrival, I was not given a room change discount since I did book a bigger room . The room I was in was not clean, because of the location and ability to call and uber and leave was not an option, therefore no point to complain."

"For a quick trip the property is ideal for its location. The artwork throughout made the place. During our stay we did not have “hot” water, it was slightly warm at best but we didn’t mind since the temps were in high 80s. My only concern was the high humidity in the unit even with the AC on but again it wasn’t a problem since we spent a lot of time out and about. These lil things were not enough concern to bring to management. Bedroom bathroom is a bit tight so I’m happy the 1st level bathroom...

"Quanto ao quarto: Nosso quarto era térreo, os demais hóspedes passavam gritando, falando alto, rindo, batendo o portão de entrada o tempo todo. Em qualquer horário, não houve sossego. Chão sujo, impossível pisar descalço, porque parecia uma cola de tanta sujeira. Ar condicionado de difícil regulagem. Ou super gelado ou quente. A cozinha é bem equipada, espaço bom, geladeira grande. Boas toalhas de banho e itens de higiene. Quanto a localização Super bem localizado, perto de tudo...

Another thing that I liked was the communication was very quick. And also another thing that will always stay with me is that the lights went out in the neighborhood the day before we had to check out. I sent a message a response was received very quickly and the staff moved us to another property...

"Quiet and safe villa, rooms were clean and beds were comfy."

"The rooms, layout were good and very homely. Our family loved the stay and made the choice of stay for the next trip already. To list any negative was the plumbing -- pipe at bathtub was loose and over flowing, the bathroom shower flow. The host was very responsive and sent handyman immediately. Over all good place. The host should consider to lower the price, as they will not go vacant any time in year."
