Backing onto an old 13th century mill near Avallon and along a river full of fish, our charming cottage has 4 bedrooms (3 independent bedrooms and 1 room on a mezzanine) that can accommodate 11 people and 2 fully renovated bathrooms.

A large fully equipped kitchen opens onto the dining room and living room, with a wood stove to warm up after a walk in the area.

The house has a lot of stairs, which can be inconvenient for people with limited mobility.

You can appreciate the quiet garden bordering the river, as well as the 1.5 hectares of land where children can enjoy swings, slide and trampoline. Ideal for a stay in the countryside with family or friends, the cottage is equipped to accommodate young children.
