## Description

The villa Radar is perfectly equipped: swimming pool, city stadium, pétanque, games room with billiards & table football, arcade terminal, bicycles..

This is our 3rd Crazy Villa. All our other Crazy villas are available on all platforms as well as on our site.

On the "city stadium" is a multisport field in the garden, you can practice 5vs5 football or basketball, on professional quality synthetic turf.

Many wine cellars in the Chablis vineyards are accessible by car or by bike a few km from the house.
You can taste the famous wines of the region: Irancy, Chablis, Saint-Bris, Côte d'Auxerre ...

The villa has 7 bedrooms and a total of 30 beds, distributed as follows:

• The kitchen is fully equipped: 2 large refrigerators, 1 small refrigerator, freezer, microwave, oven, ceramic hob, filter coffee and Nespresso machines, dishwasher, toaster, kettle, 2 raclette machines 12 people… and of course all the crockery, unbreakable glasses, kitchen utensils, cutlery for around thirty people.

Outside you will find a beautiful terrace, garden tables and chairs, with a BBQ and finally a heated outdoor swimming pool, generally accessible between April and October.

Bed linen and bath towels are provided!
Soap, shampoo and shower gel available.

## Villa

The villa is on 3 floors (+ cellar).
The entire place is privatized for your group with each reservation.
The swimming pool is heated and accessible from April to October.
It is possible to party in this house, the neighbours being extremely far away.
We ask a security deposit of 1000€ (just a bank imprint): this is mandatory in order to receive all the informations for your check-in :)

You can stroll through the heart of our 70,000 m2 forest, and maybe even find Burgundy truffles there between August and December.
Going down towards the 1st village, you will come across sublime wine cellars to visit (and where you can indulge yourself by buying good Burgundy wine), and breathtaking landscapes with vines as far as the eye can see.

Only 11 km from Chablis.

## Aperitif, dinner, evening ... and noise pollution!

The Villa Radar is the most isolated of all of our Crazy Villas! The first neighbour is more than 2km away, so you can take full advantage of the garden for your festive events. Be careful, however: no improvised "rave party"! The noise will spread if you bring powerful sound equipment and you could end up disturbing the neighbourhood.
We therefore encourage you to use the 240W Bluetooth speaker provided in the house indoors and outdoors!

## Place

The villa is totally isolated in the town of Saint Cyr Les Colons.
For shopping and the market or simply to go to a restaurant, the town of Saint Bris le Vineux is only 7 km away, Chablis 11 km and Auxerre 16 km away.

## Transport

From Paris, take the A6, then exit at exit 19 (Auxerre). Cross the villages of Saint-Bris le Vineux then Chitry, and the house is at the top of a hill at the exit of the village of Chitry.

• BED SHEETS AND TOWELS INCLUDED for the exact number of participants registered at the time of your reservation. Any addition of person will generate additional costs, proportional to the number of participants added.

• 1 to 2 weeks before your arrival, you will receive an email with all the information you need for your stay.
• Check in: Digital, with a key box outside the gate, and a tablet inside the house for inventory.
• Check out: Until 11 AM. on weekdays and 6PM on Sundays

When booking on Airbnb: the price shown on Airbnb is for a maximum of 16 people. For large groups between 16 and 30 people there is a supplement of EUR 50 per person. Please contact us before booking if you are a large group so that I can send you a quote at the right price.
