Even though The majority of rooms were vacant. In addition, they advertised an indoor pool but we were advised that the pool was likely too to cold use because it was not heated. "The sofa bed had a previous guests sheets on it. With a pair of childs dirty socks. Some trash under the sofa bed. The main reason we booked this hotel was for the pool and hot tub which was out of order for maintenance. Also having to pay for parking because its not included in room rate is absurd. The wall in the breakfast area over the bread station had dust and cobwebs visibly hanging."

At first all seemed ok until there was a bug found in our room- staff was great and I was switched to another room and of course I very thoroughly checked to make sure no bugs and so I got to see that the new room while it looked clean on first appearances, wasn’t really. "The room was freezing cold for about a half hour when we got there but the heater worked well and eventually it warmed up. Room was large and clean. Parking was right in front of room. Wish the room had a full length mirror. People travel when they have an event to go to and we like to see how we look. The bathroom mirror sort of tilts down for a bit of an outfit check but a full length would have been great. Bed was comfortable and bedding was really nice! Guy who runs the place was very nice!...
