"Clean and cozy! Beat our expectations and then some. 2 mini splits so temperature control can be adjusted in the bedroom and in the living room (we liked that). Felt like home and the area and property are beautiful! Host was extremely responsive and friendly. We had a wonderful experience 👍 Thank you!"

"Loved the neighborhood where the cottage is located, close to downtown Southern Pines. Cottage was just right for my husband and me. Comfortable and cozy. Our host was easy to contact if needed. Enjoyed the history of the area, seeing "American Graffiti" at the Sunrise Theatre, pizza at Sopies, in Southern Pines, the Tufts Arcives in Pinehurst, the Carolina Inn, and the Shaw House back in Southern Pines, the Sandhills Horticulture Garden, and delicious BBQ at the Pik-n-Pig at Gilliam-McConnell...

"When arriving at cozy cottage, the checking in information was very helpful, and easy for managing the code to unlock the front door. "It was a comfortable stay for 2 people. It is super quiet! Only issue is the parking. Only one spot for 2 units. "Terrific stay!"

"The house and property are absolutely beautiful. Check in was supper easy and communication with host was great. I would highly recommend this property. If you’re fishing I would recommend on bringing your own gear"
