Beautiful Surrey suite
Great suite in Surrey, clean and great communication with host. Everything we needed was there with one suggestion. Possibly a couple of throw blankets for the couch to cuddle under and watch tv. Otherwise we will definitely book again when we come back.

Short term winter rental
Nice and bright place. 2 large bedrooms and beds, fairly comfortable. Quieter street, good off street parking. Near Guildford mall.

Fun weekend with son and grandkids
We had a lovely stay and Michael was a wonderful host. He communicated really well, was responsive and helpful. Directions were clear, it was easy to find, and parking was great. Check in was easy. The suite is spacious, clean, very comfortable and well supplied. There were even some goodies included, like tea, coffee, biscuits, etc that were very much appreciated. There is a beautiful park across the street with playgrounds. The grandchildren loved staying at the Thien May house and we were all wishing we had longer.

It was a pleasure hosting Yvonne and her 2 grandchildren. The children were well behave and Yvonne was very considerate. She left our place nearly perfect. A gem for the short term community.

Comfy and Convenient
We enjoyed our short stay in Surrey. The space was comfortable, the hosts responsive, and the location conveniently located to access the wedding venues we attended by Uber. The setting is beautiful and close to walking paths in nearby parks. Thanks for a great stay!

Overcharged and near zero amenities
Me and four of my friends stayed at this vrbo over a 2 night period when we were up in Canada for the weekend mountain biking. Upon arrival the place was clean and tidy but when we went to sleep the place that had said fit five people had three beds and no extra blankets for someone to sleep on the couch the closet was stocker with only 3 or four towels still not enough for five people. We were charged extra for the use of the Murphy bed in the place which took them no extra charge to let us use. There was a washer and dryer but we were not allowed the use of it unless we payed and extra 5-10 dollars. Communication was difficult my messages through vrbo were not sending and the lady was somewhat responsive and helpful but really was not able to help us with much. Then after out stay we were charged extra for damaged towels which we had gotten dirty this was a 20 dollar charge for 3 towels which had only been slightly discolored in portions and could have likely been clean with bleach or a quick wash overall very bad experience and would not recommend staying here.

We strongly believe in honesty, flexibility, and professionalism. We wanted to create place that is affordable, clean, and safe for all guests. We always provide a welcome letter after booking then a welcome code 24 hours before check-in. We continuously communicate with our guest and provide plenty of time and opportunities for guest to connect with us via App, email, or telephone 24 hours a day. Regrettable, Alex and his friend only communicate once before booking. We were not made aware of their intent to bring in 5 muddy bicycles into the unit. Yet, we were flexible and allowed it. All guests that required the laundry were aware it is free for long term guests (7 days and above) and short term guest pay a small nominal fee of $10 for detergents, wash, and dry. We have clear evidence that we had provided 3 queen blankets for 3 beds and 10 towels (1 bath, 1 hair) for each guests. We also noted Alex and guests damaged 3 towels with mud / grease. We are transparent of our terms and believe in helping guest as much as possible. Regrettably, Alex does not seems to recognize that we live upstairs and are available 24 hours to help. Very few host can provide this level of service.

Nice Place to Stay
Overall our stay was good and comfortable. The property was nice and the locations we needed to go to were very close. It is on a main road so there is a little traffic noise and we had a small hiccup when we first arrived with the wrong door code being communicated. Our only major issue was that they did laundry all night long and the laundry machines were downstairs next to where we were sleeping which was a little disruptive. Overall a good stay.

Overall very happy with our stay here. It's very spacious and clean. Very easy to communicate with the host Michael as he is very responsive, as evident prior to our arrival and during our stay. The kitchen is supplied with all the utensils and cooking equipment you'd need to cook a light meal, enjoy tea, make breakfast etc. No issues with parking. Location is across the street from a beautiful park that has a really nice garden and several playgrounds. Easily accessible to grocery stores, dining options, etc. We did have an issue with one of the beds the first night and communicated that to him (unfortunately not something that could be fixed right away). Will also note that there seemed to be the sound of water running consistently, but maybe that was coming from upstairs. Other than the sound, no impact on our stay.

Very nice place
Very nice place, clean and updated. It has almost everything you need. It would be great if it had an actual oven and the internet was stronger, unless you are no more than 6ft from the router, the internet didn't work. Otherwise, it was a great stay.

The property had huge nest of ants right on the driveway. There were huge rats near the trash cans during the night. The back alley to the property was dark at night and felt unsafe to walk. On top of that, the host is a really rude guy. After booking the trip, he sent us like a million rules like don’t wear outside slipper in the house, which we followed, don’t make noise after 10 PM, which we followed. He never told us that we have to thoroughly clean the place before check out. VRBO terms do not dictate guests to thoroughly clean the place before checkout. No other host has ever expected us to do that. However, If we had known we would have done that too. After checking out, he sent a really rude message with photos of trash that was not taken out and asked us to pay for cleaning.

Our stay at this place was a very positive experience,hosts are great ,excellent communicators and respectful,they responded quickly when we had any questions .place was very clean and they thought of every little detail to make their guests feel welcomed and comfortable.As a woman traveling with little kids and an elderly parent we felt safe here ,neighborhood is quiet and peaceful.I can not say enough good things about the host Michael T ,very helpful person,you can book this place without hesitation,transportation was fairly easy,reasonable distance to everything ,I would stay here again :)

Great stay for visiting Vancouver
This property was eveeything that we needed for our family vacation to Vancouver. The space was clean, with enough room to fit two adults, and three teenagers. It is close to bus routes and sky train stations. You can park at Surrey central station, and ride all the way into downtown Vancouver. It is also right across the street from a huge park, that has lots of walking trails and playgrounds. Micheal is a great host, very friendly and accommodating. We would definitely stay again if returning to the area.

Clean, Cozy and Comfortable!
We really enjoyed our weekend at this property. It's clean and comfortable, and the hosts are fantastic. Every possible detail has been considered, and they communicate quickly. It's clear that they want their guests to have an outstanding experience. This is a place you can go to relax or work. There are two bedrooms and each has a desk. The neighborhood is very walkable and feels safe. We have come to enjoy the Surrey/Langley area so much that we often don't go into Vancouver. Shopping and great places to eat are nearby. 10 out of 10 all around!
