Welcome to my spacious 4 BR House in Park Drive! This charming residence is located in Marpole district, a primarily residential area on the city's southern fringe. The district is known for its quiet streets, tree-lined boulevards, and convenient proximity to parks and green areas. Marpole Park, one of the area's most frequented parks, offers a playground, sports grounds, and picnic spots. It's a perfect spot for families and groups looking for a relaxing staycation.

The Marpole district is a peaceful, predominantly residential area that is also home to a number of shops as cafes, eateries, and stores. Notable places include The Yard Café, known for its breakfast, brunch, and lunch offerings, and Gigi Blin, an informal Italian eatery renowned for its wood-fired pizzas and homemade pastas.

In addition, the Marpole district is in close proximity to several attractions like the VanDusen Botanical Garden, home to a diverse array of global flora, and the Marpole-Oakridge Community Centre, equipped with a pool, gym, and other facilities. There are several parks and areas along the river that are popular for fishing, parks and zones by the river, such as Fraser River Park and Marpole Park, are favored for fishing. A valid fishing license is required for all fishing activities.

The entire property is exclusively available for our guests, with no sharing involved. Our four-bedroom independent house in Vancouver comes with a keyless smart access system. After your booking is confirmed, we'll provide a digital guest book that includes a short video to make your check-in process seamless. You'll have private access to the house, guaranteeing your safety and security

Spacious 4 BR House in Park Drive, is a spacious property, spanning 1600 square feet is perfect for accommodating large groups or family staycations.

The Upper suite and the Basement suite collectively provide sufficient room for four bedrooms. Each of the three rooms is furnished with a Queen size bed and one room with double bed for a relaxing comfort.

The first bedroom, situated on the ground floor, boasts a queen size bed. The two bedrooms on the upper floor, both fitted with air conditioning, comprise the second bedroom with a queen size bed and the third bedroom with a double size bed. The fourth bedroom, also featuring a queen size bed, is located in the basement suite.

Both the upper suite and basement living areas are equipped with double-sized sofa beds that can comfortably sleep two people each. These spaces are perfect for indoor recreations, intimate get-together, and for relaxation. This property can accommodate 11 guests.

The basement suite also has small half-kitchen which includes a small fridge, over toaster, microwave for warming up meals and small table for two, perfect for enjoying a cup of coffee or a good book. Additionally, a full-sized fridge includes in the living room for food and drink storage.

The upper suite has fully equipped kitchen set ideal for cooking for big gatherings. It also provides a cozy dinette good for four people and a dining room with table with six-seater dining table.

The bathrooms in both the upper and basement suites are furnished with bathtubs.
The dryer and washer is located at the basement for daily use.
There is also back door entrance to the basement and upper suite.

The neighborhood is well-served by public transportation, with several bus routes that run through the area and connect to other parts of the city. The nearby Canada Line SkyTrain station at Marine Drive and Cambie Street provides fast and easy access to downtown Vancouver, Richmond, and the airport. There are also several major arterial roads in the area, including Granville Street and Marine Drive, which provide easy access to other parts of the city.

The neighborhood offers just few examples of the many cafes and restaurants in the Marpole neighborhood that offers a diverse range of cuisines, from Vietnamese and Japanese to Italian and French, making it a great destination for foodies.

NO PETS ARE ALLOWED: Please be advised that pets are not permitted during your stay. However, if your reservation includes a service dog, kindly notify the property management in advance. This will enable us to provide you with information regarding the house rules and ensure that we can assist you more effectively prior to your check-in.


1. Parking Area:
- Free street parking only
2. A set of house rules is strictly implemented throughout every stay:
- No smoking
- No weeds
- No party or gathering of any sort
- No pets allowed
- Quiet hours: 10pm to 7am

3. Cooking essentials provided : Salt & Pepper; Cooking oil for your convenience.

4. Baby crib is available upon request for a fee of 50 CAD per night. Kindly inform us at least three days in advance BEFORE your CHECK-IN date to make arrangements for your request.

5. Important note on Garbage collection:
- The owner will come over the property every Tuesdays 5:30~6PM until end of September 2023 to pull out the garbage bin and
put them back on Wednesdays same time every week.

Extra Service information details:


1. Early Check-In:

Available from 12:00 PM onwards, a 50 CAD Early check-in fee will apply.
Please feel free to reach out to us to confirm the availability.

2. Late Check-Out:


Please send us a request in advance. Approval will be subject to availability. A fee
of 50 CAD will be applicable for late check-out. (Until 3 pm).

3. Luggage Drop-Off Service:


We offer an early drop-off luggage service after 12:00 PM

The suite WILL NOT be ready until the official check-in time.
25 CAD will be charged for availing of this service.

We, kindly ask that you only drop off your luggage in the Foyer area.
Do not leave any food in the fridge, until it's check-in time.

Note: registration of a valid credit card is required to avail of all these services. Your request will be confirmed once we have successfully charged the applicable extra service fees.
