No Parties or Events: Parties and large gatherings are not permitted.

• 1 King bed with hotel-quality bedding and pillows + Smart TV
• 2 Queen beds with hotel-quality bedding and pillows + TV in King bedroom
• This house is equipped to sleep 6 people comfortably; however, it has the capacity to sleep 8 if you utilize the two sofas.
Bathrooms:
• 2 Full bathrooms with hotel-quality towels
• 1 Half bath on the main floor

• Brand new high-end appliances including stove/oven, refrigerator, microwave, and dishwasher

HOUSE RULES:
• No Parties: Fines may apply for any noise complaints or disturbances. If you have questions about the rules, please message us for clarification.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:
• Minimum Age Requirement: Must be 25 years of age or older to book. Message us if you’d like to discuss potential exceptions.
• ID Requirement: For safety and security, we require a government-issued photo ID prior to checkin.
• Incidental Deposit: An incidental deposit is required upon booking
• Parking: One free parking slot is provided, and there is free parking on the street.
• Security: Exterior security cameras monitor movement 24/7 for added peace of mind.
• Separate Suite: There is a completely separate basement suite that is rented; they do not have access to the main house and vice-versa.
• Pack & Play: A pack and play is provided as a courtesy for families traveling with little ones. Guests are responsible for proper setup and use, and we recommend reviewing manufacturer instructions to ensure safe use.
