Please Note: Our family lives upstairs, and we do have a toddler — while we do our best to keep things quiet, you may occasionally hear little footsteps or playful sounds during the day. We appreciate your understanding and hope this adds a warm, lived-in feel to your stay.

Guest access
Guests have full private access to the suite, which includes two bedrooms, a full kitchen, bathroom, laundry, and comfortable living and dining areas. You’re also welcome to enjoy the outdoor patio area, perfect for a quiet morning coffee or evening unwind.
If you’re traveling with children, they are welcome to use the small playground area on the property. We kindly ask that it be used respectfully and left clean for others to enjoy.
Please note: The upper level of the home is private and not accessible to guests.
Other things to note
Check-in & Check-out: Check-in is from 3:00 PM onwards, and check-out is by 11:00 AM. Please let us know in advance if you require any flexibility.
Parking: Free parking is available on the street directly in front of the property. Please be mindful of local parking signs.
Noise: We kindly ask guests to keep noise to a minimum during the evenings and early mornings. We live upstairs with a toddler, and the neighborhood is quiet and family-friendly. Your consideration is greatly appreciated!
Pets: Unfortunately, we do not allow pets to ensure comfort for all guests, especially those with allergies.
Accessibility: The suite is located on the ground level with above-ground windows, making it easy to access for most guests.
Trash & Recycling: Please dispose of trash and recycling in the designated bins located. We appreciate your help in keeping the space tidy and eco-friendly.
Safety: The suite is equipped with smoke detectors, a carbon monoxide alarm, and a fire extinguisher for your safety.
Local Amenities: You’ll find grocery stores, cafes, and restaurants just a short drive away, with beautiful river trails only minutes on foot.
