"The place is very cute but needs a little TLC and some updates. When we approached the host about an issue with cleanliness, they were quick to respond and very helpful. Location is great for downtown access, except for the fact that there is a lot of construction going on nearby. "

"We did receive check in information until a half hour after we were supposed to check in. When we finally enter the place is freezing cold! No space heaters were turned on prior to our arrival & the pilot light was not lit so the stove is unusable. You also can’t light it yourself. The floors were filthy & there was filth & dust in the bathtub. Bathtub drain doesn’t work & bathroom sink was clogged. Master bedroom backs up to a very busy highway so don’t think about getting any sleep. The walls...

"This is a great, well-thought out little studio with a spacious bathroom. It had most everything we needed, and there were some nice, unexpected touches, like the cornhole game and the excellent tea selection -- even Bengal Spice, my favorite! Barb had a fire expertely built for us in the chimena -- one match was all it needed and we had a nice evening in the glider enjoying the flame. "The host was amazing and communicative. When we needed an air mattress to accommodate my 6’4” son, they brought one right over with an extra set of nice bedding. Place is very cute, kitchen was a nice extra although we just used the fridge. Plan to come back this winter!"
