"Three generations (about to be 4) at Bahama Breeze, oldest being 80 and youngest being 22. Grandchildren from 22 - 27. (some with spouses). Great house inside and out. Practically lived in the backyard with pool, ping pong, hot tub, pool table and grill. Great activities for all with short walk to the beach where we rented chairs and umbrellas. "We had a wonderful time celebrating our parents’ 50th anniversary on this trip. The house was perfect it comfortably accommodated everyone in our group, from elders to teens to little kids. We enjoyed all the amenities, and the management was incredibly attentive and responsive, making sure everything ran smoothly throughout our stay.The only drawback was the beach access. "Brad was extremely helpful and couldn’t recommend staying there enough. The waterfront property was beautiful, took a water taxi over to the boardwalk and for dinner, stand up paddle boards with property were great! Outside shower was helpful to rinse off sand and access to private beach was fantastic. Pet friendly and the dog loved it as well! Will definitely be seeking to book again, perfect place. "

"This home was great for our two family vacation. It is in a nice, private area and super close to the beach. We did have an issue with the AC when we first arrived but Romeo came out and got it taken care of quickly. Living room was a little small for 9 people but we made it work and really enjoyed our week there! Matt was very responsive and quick to take care of any problems that arose. "

"Beautiful home in the PERFECT location! Couldn't ask for anything more for a beach vacation. The house was so well organized and stocked with everything you need to cook for your family. "Our group of 8 family members stayed at the Pink Palace and we couldn’t have loved it more. The all things pink theme was so fun and it was very well appointed, spacious and comfortable for all. We really appreciated the cleanliness of the rental and that beach towels and chairs are provided. Access to the beach is perfect and we loved how the property is located within a gated neighborhood, which felt safe and tucked away. Highly recommend!"

"Everything was better than expected. There were a few minor problems. The water heater kept turning off. We had to relight the pilot light several times, the outside grill propane was low and well I can’t remember the third item. However I called them into the maintenance folks and they were very gracious and professional. I would happily stay there again. "
