"Great stay and fantastic location – but watch out if you have multiple large vehicles! We had one weeks and a fantastic stay at this holiday home in mid-July. The town is charming and not overcrowded with tourists, and the beach is conveniently located nearby. The house itself is lovely, the pool was regularly cleaned by the owner, and the service throughout our stay was faultless. However, keep this in mind if you are traveling with multiple cars or larger vehicles:• Lack of parking information:...

"The property is splendid. The host was very easy to communicate with and very accommodating. Great walkable location to a very nearby grocery and everything you want to visit in Sirmione."

"Great location with lake views from house, patio and pool.Kitchen was clean and well equipped. Not advertised but it does have a dishwasher. Milk frother was a nice inclusion for morning cappuccinos.Aircon in each bedroom was welcomed in the 30 degree heat.Pool was a good size and clean.WiFi was also very good. The cicadas in this region provide the ubiquitous and welcome background noise you expect. They are however particularly loud at the property as they are in the trees directly above you....

"We loved the villa, it was verry beautiful and comfortable. The pool area was fantastic and we had a lovely time in Italy. Thank you verry much!"

"Everything was perfect. It was a perfect stay. Great hospitality and an amazing host. Thank you!"

"Pros: The house is very beautiful in the middle of wine yards. Perfect for a holiday with a group of friends. What makes it even more special is Tommaso, the host. Always ready to accommodate any request you might have and he transmit his passion for wine. Do not miss the opportunity to book a wine tasting. You will try amazing wines and have wonderful time."
