"Accomodations very well conserved! All perfect. Kitchen very equiped with all necessary items to prepare your own meals. Several items to your leisure like tennis table, soccer table, books, tourists infromations...also, good place to make a delicious barbecue...nice vision of the lake and nice swimming pool shared with others houses. Congrats!! We will come back asap..."

"Our holiday in Menaggio was wonderful because of the beautiful destination, less so the villa. Le Petit Palais did not live up to its grand name & the online photos were somewhat misleading. Positively, the views from the terrace & 2 main bedrooms are stunning, looking directly over the lake & mountains. The driving directions from the airport were excellent & the secure garage was convenient; a car is essential here. For 5 people, the general facilities were fine & the air conditioning in the 2...

"Die einzigartige Lage und das schön renovierte Haus hat den Urlaub perfekt gemacht. Die Küche ist bestens ausgestattet. Die Aussicht vom Balkon ist grandios. Vom kleinen gemauerten Steg kann man quasi ins "eigene" Wasser springen. Für empfindliche Füße empfehle ich Wasserschuhe. Eine kleine Anmerkung zur Verbesserung der Sauberkeit. The pictures and description of the property were accurate with exception that the air conditioning can only be run on one floor at a time and there is no air conditioning at all on the first level. Normally that might not be a problem, but when it is 90 F / 32 C it’s very difficult to keep the house a cool temperature. Overall we had a...

"The hosts are amazing!! Recommend this place 100/10. The chef is fantastic and the house beautiful and clean. It’s a must!! "
