"Even with the owner on property there was privacy and comfort. I enjoyed the stay and liked the fact that it was comfortable and interesting. Would return if in the area. There is a nice backyard atmosphere with colorful lighting at night. Partner enjoyed the golf game a lot! "

"Thank you Jerry for the wonderful week. There was something for everyone to do. From the oldest to youngest, all got along super well and were busy from dawn to dusk. Playing in the water, kayaking, canoeing, swimming, etc. Your kitchen is super stocked with every gadget anyone would need. Don't ever sell your place it is truly a prime spot on CDA Lake! Keep it family friendly...The Broussard Family, 50th Anniversary"

"The communication with the owner was great. There is a lot of space in each level of the home. The pool was amazing and big, like a hotel size, along with everything that went with the pool.They are still doing some upgrades, but other than that, very nice place and would stay there again. In fact, this was my sister's second time there. Thank you for your hospitality. "

"A clean, comfortable apartment situated in an older neighborhood. House keeping amenities in good condition. A busy street adds to daytime noise. Off street parking was a plus. "

"It was our families first time in Coeur D’ Alene and the location of property was very convenient and gave us the full experience . It was easy to navigate the lake and only 20 min from downtown . Very private . The views were breathtaking and the fire pit area was our kids favorite . Lots of memories made . They provided a lot of lake equipment which was also very much appreciated and used . The kids loved the bunk room and the house really gave you the cabin on the lake feel . Great vacation...

Anne is the kindest host we've ever had. Not only were fresh flowers were scattered throughout cabin, but she left a birthday cake and ice cream for my twins birthday "

The WiFi works well, the bed is big and comfortable (assuming both, I can only speak for the one I used), and it’s reasonably priced. The neighborhood was also nice for walking around my dog. It is an apartment on the bottom floor so you will hear others existing around you, but it was truly nothing out of the ordinary if you’ve stayed or lived in apartments or have spent much time in...

"Received an email that was supposed to give us our entry access. However, had to communicate several times to receive our access code. Kitchen was great although a Table Cloth was placed on the formal table that could have been pressed, as it was very wrinkled. The front outside entrance and window screens/framing could have been swept or hosed down. We were unable to use the spa after the first night due to maintenance issues. We had a great time! It was a very comfortable place with beauty all...

"Great stay! Gorgeous house and property! "

"My husband and I really enjoyed this cute little Apartment. The location is highly desirable, walking distance to some fantastic eateries and Manito Park. The space is an older, historic building with some vintage furniture and artwork, and you can see the clock tower of Sacred Heart Cathedral. The space had everything we needed and was a great value. We highly recommend Sushi Blossom around the corner, serving incredibly fresh food!"

"Cute little house with a lake view. Everything is so close in town. Easy walk to everything. Since only one bathroom would recommend a mirror in rooms to get ready. Everything else was great! Amazing porch to hang out on. Very comfortable! Brush and tree behind house will need trimmed at some point so the view doesn’t get blocked. "
