"I have to be honest. This is the worst experience I've ever had at a rental. I was sent a rental agreement to sign only 1 hour before I was supposed to receive codes and arrive at the property. I was driving 9hrs to get there, only had my phone and no service. This should have been brought up sooner when I was sent my welcome message.
