Pontos positivos: Limpeza
The views were spectacular and the interior of the house was very clean and well-equipped, there were important issues:•Spa: The manual states that the spa/jacuzzi can be used, so we came prepared. We opened the cover. It was disgusting. There was about 5 inches of water with floating debris, a dead rodent, dirt, and rust. Someone must have known this; we were not told.•Security: On our first night, we discovered that the back sliding doors could not be locked. A piece of framing (leaning against the outside wall) is missing. One can lock the doors, but then simply move them to one side and open the screen doors. We had to put wood blocks along the slider rails to secure the door.•Privacy: There is no privacy in the Master bedroom, except within the small space of the toilet. Shades would give people the option of no privacy vs privacy for showering, dressing, and/or sleeping.•Cigarette butts in the front fire pit and trash in containers/pots in the back made us wonder about the exterior upkeep.Maybe the place was not inspected between rentals, though, as stated, the interior was very clean.
