Moradias em Valeta,

"This is not a hotel. It is a joke of a hotel. The reception doesn’t exist. They out a billboard for you to call a number. I waited for more than one hour before anyone picked and came to help to enter the room. They say the haveTV but they do not have TV channels. You call the number they provided to ask for help on how to get any channel and they ignore you. After 10 attempts of calls they answer and they say they will check it but they ignore you and do not even bother to respond back saying...

"The location of the hotel was really good - so easy to get into Valetta town centre. The room was great, had been set up as twin room as requested. Huge, clean bathroom. Before we arrived I had tried to contact the hotel to make sure late check in was ok but didn’t have a response - that was a slight hiccup but all got sorted and late check-in was super easy. Front desk and other staff were lovely. Would recommend the hotel."

"Overall very nice. We mistakenly booked 1 extra night, the website said "talk to the hotel", the hotel said "talk to the website". I know it was my mistake. They could have offered the taxi to the airport. I did not complain, it was my mistake but still... if it were the other way round I would have to pay for the night they did not book by mistake."

"Extremely kind and helpful staff. Literally everyone was so nice. The hotel and room were very clean and tidy. Breakfast was small but really good. Overall I had an amazing experience at Jean Parisot and definitely recommend it. "

"Dorothy and Charlie are very nice hosts. Everything was great. Room is a museum. Lots of antique furniture, vases, paintings..."
