"*Checked in late, the place was still dirty. Not cleaned from the previous guests. Checked in at 4:30pm and contact guest services. Didn’t get the email until after 8:30pm that the property was cleaned and ready for us. The place was comfortable and clean after that. Just a shame the cleaning department dropped the ball on this one. Appreciate the help from the properties contact, for staying in touch and taking our concerns seriously.
