"Das Zimmer war eine Katastrophe. Wir haben die Baustelle/Abstellkammer bekommen. Die Decken waren höher als das Zimmer Breit war. Die Tür zum Zimmer hat sich nur mit Gewalt öffnen lassen. Auch der Mitarbeiter musste die Tür mit aller Gewalt aufreißen. Vor dem Zimmer gab es einen kleine Vorraum der als Lagerfläche gedient hat, für die Materialien zum Umbau. Der Schrank im Zimmer hat nach Zigarettenrauch gerochen. Das Badezimmer war eine reine Baustelle. Die Dusche hatte keine Wände, so dass das...

"This is not an all-inclusive resort, it is semi-inclusive. You are limited to two restaurants although there are seven of them and once you use up your reservations you must eat at the buffet restaurant. Further, room service is not included (unless you count the water and few cans of soft drinks that they may refill daily). The Greek staff is generally rude and not willing to help, that being said the foreigners are much friendlier and assist whenever you ask. Overall, the resort was okay not...

"Wir hatten am Anfang ein Problem gehabt, in unser gebuchtes Zimmer gebracht zu werden. Wir konnten erst gegen 20 Uhr in das gewünschte Zimmer rein. Frühstück war super lecker. Das meiste Personal war super freundlich. Die Lage ist ruhig und angenehm. Privatpool sehr schön. Spa und Gym sowie Internet und Kommunikation über deren App definitiv verbesserungsbedürftig."

"11/10 recommend this resort! Hotel is located close to a bus station that takes you directly to Rhodes Old Town (roughly a 10 minute walk). Property was very well maintained with daily housekeeping. Breakfast buffet was spectacular! Included but not limited to cold cuts, cheese platters, fresh bread, chia seed bowls, smoothies, multiple hot items including pancakes, desserts and more. The pool and surrounding areas were groomed each morning. The pool bar is open late and is very peaceful...

From the minute we arrived, we were greeted by friendly, helpful staff, who clearly take pride in looking after their guests.
